Mr. Haron received a M.S. and B.S. degree in Statistics from the Hebrew University, in Jerusalem. Mr. Haron has over 17 years of experience in the planning, development, and financing of affordable housing. As president of Artimus, Mr. Haron has managed and developed in excess of $160 million of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Haron, has completed, through acquisition, development and construction, over 50 projects.

Mr. Benyamin has been with the company since 1994, and became partner in 1995. He has a B.S from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Baruch University. Prior to working with Artimus he had served as an
air-force commander for the IDF.

Mr. Haron has a B.S in management from Binghamton University, a masters degree at Columbia University ,and has been with the company since 2001. He became a partner in 2003. Prior to working with Artimus he had served as a property manager for K and R Realty Management and also as a Portfolio Analyst at GE Capital in Stamford CT.

Mr. Gurvitch has a B.A as well as a degree in architecture from Pratt Institute, and joined Artimus in 2000. He is a licensed architect, with an extensive knowledge of building mechanics and structure. Prior to working with Artimus he had owned and operated his own business.
