a priority. All our project managers are OSHA certified
and every large site is assigned with a site safety engineer.
Our clean history demonstrates that we have zero tolerance
on safety issues. We have worked to promote an injury-free
environment for our employees, subcontractors, clients and
others who enter or who are near our construction sites. We
strive to make sure that, “Every worker goes home safely
from our sites, every day.”
Through innovative training and education programs, we also provide our employees with the tools, and resources they need to increase safety, reduce risk and improve loss control on the projects we manage. |
Site Leadership and Team
Work:
Every site is assigned to a Project Manager, Assistant PM, Site
super and trade Foremen as needed. Our sites are safe, clean,
secured, and friendly. We work with our clients as a team. Mutual
respect provides the foundation for our success. |
Site Technology:
All our sites are computerized and web capable. We utilize new technology in every aspect of construction: from new materials to modern equipment as well as innovative proven systems. |
On Site Relationship:
Our subcontractors are treated as if they are our partners,
and have been with us for many years. We conduct coordination
meetings on a weekly basis to make sure our subs do not waste
resources, maintain quality workmanship, and communicate with
each other. |
Site Incentives &
Profit Sharing:
Project Managers and sub-contractors work under incentive
formulas in order to meet the time & budget requirements.
We introduce bonus systems for site employees to insure the
same. |
Economy of scale:
Central Ordering & Pricing system, ensuring fast delivery.
In-house professional quality assurance system. Ability to
mobilize resources from site to site.
